Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical binder?
No. Hollis Folio is a digital download: fillable and printable PDFs in US Letter and A4, plus a Google Sheets and Excel companion. You can print the pages at home or at a print shop and put them in any binder you like.
Is this a will or legal document?
No. It's an organizing template. It doesn't create, change or replace a will, power of attorney, advance directive or beneficiary designation. Talk to a qualified attorney for those.
Should I write my passwords in it?
No. Record where your password manager or emergency-access kit is kept and who can reach it, never the passwords themselves.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. You get US Letter and A4 versions. Some contacts and agencies differ by country, so the guide points you to who to ask rather than naming one country's rules.
Do I need Google Sheets?
No. The PDF is complete on its own. The Sheets companion is optional, and there's an Excel backup.
Can I fill it in on a tablet?
Yes, the fillable PDF works in most PDF apps on a laptop or tablet. Or print it and fill it in by hand.
How long does it take?

This notice explains how SANYZA INSPIRE LLC ("we") handles personal information in connection with the Hollis Folio website and products.
Information we receive.
This website has no accounts, contact forms, analytics or advertising pixels. Purchases and free downloads are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy and shares with us the order details needed to deliver your files and support you (such as your name, email address and what you bought). We never receive your full card number. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.
What you write in the binder stays with you.
The binder and Google Sheets companion are files you keep on your own device or in your own Google account. We cannot see what you write in them, and the spreadsheet contains no scripts or add-ons and sends no data to us.
How we use information.
To deliver your purchase, provide updates to products you bought, answer support requests, process refunds, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. If you opt in on Gumroad to hear from us, we may email you about new Hollis Folio products; you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Sharing and retention.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as Gumroad and our email provider), professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, tax and accounting rules, and dispute resolution.
Your choices.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing welcome@sanyzainspire.com. Rights vary by location (including some US states, the UK and the EU), and some records may be kept where the law requires.
Security, children and changes.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission is completely secure. Our products are intended for adults and not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice; the date above shows the current version.

Licence.
You may use the files for your own personal or household use, including printing as many copies as your household needs and sharing a filled-in copy with your family, executor or advisers. You may not resell, share the blank files, redistribute, or claim them as your own work. All files, text, design and brand elements are owned by SANYZA INSPIRE LLC.
Refunds.
Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the binder isn't right for you, or a file won't open or is damaged, email welcome@sanyzainspire.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full (or fix the file, if you prefer). This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
